REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS -
The City of Havre is seeking submittals from qualified firms or individuals to provide the City with Worker’s Compensation coverage for its employees and volunteers. Applicants must be currently licensed in the State of Montana. Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience. A complete scope of work to be provided in proposal may be found on the City’s Website or at City Hall.

Submittals must be received no later than 3:00 pm, Monday April 6, 2026 and may be mailed or hand delivered. All responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Insurance Services” on the outside of the envelope.
