The purpose of the Public Works Department, under the direction of Trevor Mork, is to provide the people of Havre a safe and healthy place to live. It is the goal of the Public Works Department to achieve a high quality of life through cost effective planning, operations and maintenance of the City’s infrastructure.

Building, Demolition, Roofing, Sign and Miscellaneous Permits can all be downloaded, filled out and brought into City Hall for approval. All Permits must be signed off by the Public Works Department and paid for at City Hall before being issued. Click the coordinating link below for each Permit Application.
